Event Design
Details, details, details! We love details! With this service, our goal is to hand craft details that will personalize your event. Let us create a discerning design vision that can be seamlessly translated into an experience of depth, meaning and beauty. By allowing us to combine fun, creative and unique elements into your special day, we will add character and charm to your event
 


Day of Event Planning (Wedding)

For the couple who has planned their wedding but desire professional coordination and execution of their signature day. Along with consultation meetings, we will review contracts, create a timeline, confirm vendors and manage all the details. We will work with you the very day you book with us whether its a year in advance or one month to discuss in detail your vision.


​*Day of coordination 

*Rehearsal coordination 

       *One planning meeting to go over final details at agreed upon location, phone or facetime

 *Client provides all vendor contact information(phone number, arrival times, etc.)

*Confirmation of contracts and timing of events with all vendors

*Create an event timeline and distribute to all vendors and wedding party

*Attend and orchestrate rehearsal

*Oversee all vendors on the day of your event

*Flower distribution to all wedding party


*Setup of place cards, favors, entry tables and other personal accessories

*Distribute final payments and tips to vendors


*Collect all personal items, gifts and securing them in an agreed upon location

*Transport wedding accessories from ceremony to reception site

* Unlimited calls, text messages and emails (30 days prior to event)

*Guest lists with more than 150 guests, eight (8) or more wedding attendants,  or ceremony and reception are at

separate locations will require a wedding assistant 

*Event related errands such as picking up, delivering attire, supplies or equipment is an additional charge   

​*Venue, decor and catering clean up must be contracted with the appropriate/supplying vendors
